Description

200 Lime-Solv is a heavy-duty cleaner combination of organic and inorganic acids, wetting agents and inhibitors for use in the final clean-up of new masonry

  • 200 Lime-Solv efficiently cleans off : residual mortar, job site soiling, staining, and efflorescence
  • Lime-Solv will not discolor or damage the masonry surfaces
  • Safer and more controllable than raw muriatic acid

FOR MASONRY TYPES:
Cleans red brick, other dark colored new masonry and concrete block not susceptible to metallic staining.

SIZES: 1, 5 & 55 Gallons


Lime-Solv Application

  • Thoroughly prewet material to be cleaned.
  • Apply diluted 200 with a dense, soft masonry brush or low pressure (40-50 psi) airless sprayer.
  • Scrape off excess mortar and reapply if needed.
  • Thoroughly rinse with fresh water.
  • Suggested Dilution Rates for 200 Lime-Solv
  • Project Materials/Condition Dilution Rate is
    1 Part Product To:
    Concrete and Clay Block 4 parts water
    Hard-Burned Pink, Salmon & Tan Brick 6 parts water
    Exposed Aggregate Concrete 6 parts water
    Structural Tile (Unglazed) 6 parts water
    Sandstone, Ohio Bluestone, Other Porous Stone 8 parts water (if metallic stains are present prior to
    testing or appear afterwards, use 202V Vana-Stop)
    Specialty Pre-Faced Concrete Block & Tile 8 parts water
    Smooth Finished Precast & Cast In Place Concrete 10 parts water
    Structural & Ceramic Glazed Tile & Brick 10-12 parts water
    Burnished Masonry Use Diedrich 222 Concrete Brick & Burnished Masonry Cleanser
    Metallic Stains/Discolorations If metallic stains are present prior to testing or appear afterwards, do not use 200 Lime-Solv – use 202V Vana-Stop
