300-C WATER BASE SILOXANE CONCENTRATE WATER REPELLENT
Diedrich 300-C is VOC compliant, water dilutable, penetrating, breathable, microemulsion concentrated alkoxy siloxane material, specially formulated for use on clay masonry, precast and site cast concrete, clay and concrete masonry, sandstone and stucco surfaces where surface darkening is unacceptable.  300-C is not recommended for polished or unpolished marble, travertine, limestone, polished granite, gypsum, plaster or synthetic resin paint.  300-C reduces bonding of airborne dirt and hydrocarbons.  Water damage caused by freeze/thaw cycles is reduced.  Provides protection against efflorescence and exhibits excellent resistance to ultraviolet rays and chlorine ions.  Exceeds requirements of NCHRP 244, meets SSW 110C Federal Specification and ASTM E514.

303-S SILOXSEAL SILOXANE WATER REPELLENT  Diedrich 303-S Series Products are formulated to protect against the intrusion of moisture that causes efflorescence, leaching, mildew, atmospheric staining and freeze/thaw spalling.  The 303-S Series has an excellent resistance to the detrimental effects of acid rain, and carbon buildups.  303-S products are ideal for applications to concrete flatwork, parking ramps, stadiums and vertical concrete surfaces because the migration of chloride ions through the cement is reduced, thus reducing the corrosion and deterioration of rebars in reinforced concrete.  Diedrich 303-S Series Products are formulated for low-pressure spray application to masonry, concrete, stucco, sandstone, etc.  Available in 7%, 10% and 15% siloxane solids.  LIMITATIONS:  May not be suitable for application to some types of natural stone, limestone and marble.  May not be suitable for surfaces to receive surface paints or coatings; always test for compatibility, apply above 20 degree F.

333 OMEGASEAL WATER REPELLENT  The split face block sealer with heavy duty solids.  Year-round application at 20^oF and above.  The Diedrich 333 Omegaseal Series of water repellents provides hydrophobic protection to masonry surfaces through the formation of a semi-permeable membrane.  This flexible membrane remains intact through thermal movement of the masonry, rejects water in the solid state and allows for moisture vapor transmission.  The unique blend of silicone polymers provides maximum resistance to destruction from ultraviolet light and acid rain.  ANTI-GRAFFITI SYSTEM:  The 333 OMEGASEAL System functions very well for graffiti protection.  The membrane protects against penetration of most common materials used by vandals.  When a protected surface has been attacked, either Diedrich 505 Paint Stripper or Diedrich 606 Paint Remover, assisted by high pressure water, will remove the offensive markings.  Multiple removals with the Diedrich 505 Stripper may be possible without reapplication.  When the area begins to show signs of water absorption, it is appropriate to reapply the 333 Omegaseal.

SALT-BLOC CHLORIDE BARRIER  Diedrich SALT-BLOC is formulated to block the absorption of chloride ions from de-icing salts into concrete, brick and concrete paver sidewalks and driveways.  Diedrich SALT-BLOC is an all purpose deeply penetrating siloxane water repellent and chloride barrier for concrete and pavers.  SALT-BLOC is formulated to chemically react with the silica in the substrate resulting in a hydrophobic reaction.  SALT-BLOC protects against the intrusion of moisture causing efflorescence, leaching, mildew, atmospheric staining, chemical attack of chloride salts thus reducing rebar and wire mesh corrosions, and freeze/thaw spalling.  SALT-BLOC has excellent resistance to acids and is resistant to the detrimental effects of acid rain and carbon buildups.  Diedrich SALT-BLOC is ideal for use on horizontal surfaces such as sidewalks, driveways, concrete and brick pavers and tiles.  Diedrich SALT-BLOC may also be used on retaining walls, bridge pilings and other vertical concrete applications.  Diedrich SALT-BLOC protects against deep-seated stains caused by mud splashes and other waterborne contaminants.  Diedrich SALT-BLOC proves highly effective in coastal areas in protecting surfaces from airborne salts.

D50C & D50W CONSOLIDANT AND WATER REPELLENT PRODUCTS
Diedrich's D50C & D50W are ideal for the stabilization of deteriorating and/or sandblasted masonry such as brick, concrete and stone.  The products' formulations couples a consolidant with a deeply penetrating, highly effective water repellent for treating brick, concrete, natural stone, and other masonry building materials.  The products contain SIO₂ a natural binding material with a specially formulated siloxane water repellent that chemically reacts and bonds with the surface resulting in a long lasting hydrophobic effect and improved integrity of the surface and substrate.  The D50C would be used where the emphasis falls more heavily on the consolidation aspect and less on the water repellent.  The D50W would be used where there would be more emphasis on water repellency more so than consolidation.                                                                GO TO SPECIFICATION & DATA SHEET

NEUTRA-SOAK PRODUCTS
