Description

Ideal for use on architectural block and split face block, Diedrich's Specialty Architectural Masonry Cleaner is specially formulated for the effective removal of construction dirt and atmospheric staining.

  • Removes mortar smears, rust and mud stains, efflorescence and atmospheric dirt without affecting the texture of the surface
  • Specialty Masonry Cleaner enhances colors and brightens white substrates and exposed aggregate

Architectural & Specialty Masonry Cleaner

  • Thoroughly pre-wet entire surface with water to prevent streaking and apply product by brush, roller, or low pressure (40-50 psi) airless sprayer.
  • Allow to dwell until stains disappear (2 to 5 minutes).
  • Reapply cleaner and rinse with a pressure washer starting from bottom to top.
  • Protect all non-masonry surfaces when used indoors and neutralize surface with a mix of 1 gallon water to 2 oz. ammonia and rinse again.

    1 Part Product To:
    Concrete and Clay Block 4 parts water
    Hard Burned Pink, Salmon & Tan Brick 6 parts water
    Exposed Aggregate Concrete 6 parts water
    Structural Tile (Unglazed) 6 parts water
    Red Brick 6 to 8 parts water
    Limestone, Sandstone, Ohio Bluestone & Other Porous Stones 8 parts water (if metallic stains are present prior to testing or appear afterwards, use 202V Vana-Stop)

  • Typical Coverage Rates:150 to 200 sq. ft. per gallon on smooth surfaces. Coverage on highly textured surfaces may be as low as 50 sq. ft./gal.
