Description

303S is formulated to protect masonry, concrete, stucco and sandstone against moisture intrusion that causes efflorescence, leaching, mildew, atmospheric staining and freeze/thaw spalling.

  • Excellent resistance to the detrimental effects of acid rain and carbon buildups
  • Ideal for applications to concrete flat work, parking ramps, stadiums and vertical concrete surfaces
  • Reduces the migration of chloride ions through cement thus reducing the corrosion and deterioration of rebars in reinforced concrete
  • Can be applied to vertical and horizontal surfaces.

Available in 7%, 10% and 15% siloxane solids.

FOR MASONRY/SURFACE TYPES:
Formulated for low-pressure spray application to Masonry, Concrete, Ctucco, Sandstone, etc.

NOTES:

  • May NOT be suitable for application to some types of natural stone, limestone and marble.
  • May NOT be suitable for surfaces to receive surface paints or coatings
  • Always test for compatibility, apply above 20°F.

SIZES: 1, 5 & 55 Gallons


Siloxseal Siloxane Water Repellent Application

  • Using low-pressure spray, apply a flood coat with 6” to 8” of run-down, working bottom to top.
  • Requires two wet on wet applications on porous surfaces.
  • On very dense mirror or polished surfaces a single application is sufficient.
