Diedrich Technologies has developed New Construction Masonry cleaners
that are faster and more effective for final clean up.
- Safer and more controllable than muriatic acid
- Will not discolor or damage masonry surfaces as they remove
stains*

Product Description
202 New Masonry Detergent is a combination of organic and
inorganic acids, wetting agents and inhibitors for professional
cleaning of new construction masonry.
Advantages:
- Effectively cleans off residual mortar, job site soling, staining
and efflorescence
- Works on brick, stone, tile, exposed aggregate and several varieties
of new masonry construction not susceptible to metallic staining
- Will not discolor or damage masonry surfaces and is more controllable
than muriatic acid
Limitations:
- Not recommended for use where manganese or metal filters have
been added to brick or tile. See product description for 202V
Vana-Stop
- Not effective in removing atmospheric grime and carbon or smoke
and fire damage. See information of Diedrich Restoration Cleaners

200 Lime-Solv is a blend of acids, wetting agents and inhibitors
combined to efficiently clean residual mortar and day to day soiling
and staining that occurs on job sites.
Advantages:
- Most efficient and economical on red and dark colored brick
- Easily removes mortar residue with little or no agitation
- Will not discolor or damage masonry surfaces and is more controllable
than muriatic acid
Limitations:
- Not recommended for use on light colored brick, porous stone,
large limestone areas or surfaces with metallic stains or discolorations.

and colored mortar

202V Vana-Stop is a blend of acids, wetting agents and inhibitors
combined specifically for cleaning new brick subject to vanadium,
manganese, molybdenum and other metallic stains.
Advantages:
- Efficiently cleans residual mortar, efflorescence and job site
soiling and staining
- Effective on brick, natural and synthetic stone, tile, exposed
aggregate and several varieties of new construction masonry susceptible
to metallic staining.
- Cleaning with this product reduces likelihood of staining occurrence
- Will not discolor or damage surfaces
Limitations:
- Extra care should be taken when used on glazed substrates and
colored mortar
- May not be compatible with all surfaces. Always test to ensure
that adverse reactions such as bleaching or etching does not occur.

202XX New Masonry Detergent Extra Strong Concrete is a combination
of acids, wetting agents and inhibitors for use in the final cleanup
of new masonry.
Advantages:
- Efficiently removes residual mortar, day to day soiling and
staining that occurs on job sites
- Works on brick, stone, tile, exposed aggregate and other varieties
of new masonry construction
- Extended dwell time permits a safer, low acid concentration
resulting in equal if not better cleaning with less harmful acid
exposure

222 Concrete Brick and Burnished
Masonry Clenzer is a
non-etching product specifically formulated to remove construction
dirt and atmospheric staining from custom masonry and other concrete
surfaces and colored mortar.
Advantages:
- Removes mortar smears, rust, mud stains and atmospheric dirt
without affecting the surface.
- Enhances colors and brightens white substrates and exposed aggregate

Specialty Masonry Cleaner formulated
for the removal of construction dirt and atmospheric staining from
custom masonry and other concrete surfaces and colored mortar.
Advantages:
- Removes mortar smears, rust, mud stains and atmospheric dirt
without affecting the surface.
- Enhances colors and brightens white substrates and exposed aggregate
Suggested Dilution Rates:
Application: Apply with a dense soft masonry brush or low-pressure
(40-50psi) airless sprayer
Typical Coverage Rates: 150 - 200 sq. ft per gallon on smooth
surfaces. Coverage on highly textured surfaces may be as low as
50 sq. ft per gallon.
Diedrich Green Clean 250 - is an organic proton
with chelator for use in the final cleanup of new masonry specially
formulated to meet state and federal specifications where muriatic/hydrochloric
acids are not allowed. For best results, use within 3 - 7 days.
Advantages:
- Ideal for environmentally conscious architects and customers
- Efficiently cleans residual mortar smears and day-to-day soiling
that occurs on job sites.
- Works on brick, stone, tile, exposed aggregate and several other
types of new masonry.
- An extended dwell time results in an equal if not better cleaning
with less harmful acid exposure than with customary harsh acid
washes.
Limitations:
- Not suitable for burnished masonry. See product description
